With the Coronavirus pandemic going on, without my traditional outlets of socializing my anxiety is at an all time high. And I know for sure that I’m not alone.
Yoga has always been such an necessary component to relieving my anxiety. With this in mind, I decided to share a few videos here of yoga flows to help you work through your anxiety.
Yoga with Adrienne is a great channel on YouTube. She has several videos related to relieving stress and anxiety.
PsycheTruth is another great yoga youtube channel. They have a variety of videos. I’ve been a long time fan.
Patrick from the YouTube Channel Patrick and Carling is one of my all-time favorites. For me, a good power flow is great to get out of my head and relieve my anxiety.
This flow by Boho Beautiful is a quick 20 minutes. The alternate nostril breathing can do wonders!
SarahBethYoga has some newer videos all related to feelings you may experience during this time. I highly recommend checking a few out along with this one.
Give them a try! Some methods may work better than others, so don’t give up after one video. Personally I find incorporating a good power flow and some deep breathing can have a profound effect on my anxiety. It may not always go away completely but it can definitely calm me down and at least allow myself to get out of my head, even if only for 20 minutes.
