With the Coronavirus pandemic going on, without my traditional outlets of socializing my anxiety is at an all time high. And I know for sure that I’m not alone. Yoga has always been such an necessary component to relieving my anxiety. With this in mind, I decided to share a few videos here of yoga flows to help you work through your anxiety.
