Feeling uninspired and bored with life, maybe even a little depressed, I knew something needed to change. I didn’t want to feel like this anymore. I knew I could feel better I just had to do something, get active, and be consistent with it.

Maybe it’s because I come from a business background and I know the cost for these things are likely being quadrupled and in some cases probably is 10 times more! Or maybe it’s because I’m not their demographic.
