If you’re like me, 30 minutes is about as long as you feel like working out. Some days, I may go a bit longer and some may only be under 15 minutes.
30 minutes feels like a good middle ground for most people I would think. It’s plenty enough time to get in a good workout and to get your day started off on the right foot.

Here’s another favorite by the Journey Junkie, a good one to get the body going and blood flowing to wake up your body.
This video is by Tara Stiles, although it’s meant to wound down the day. There’s no reason you can’t also use it to gently wake up and get going.
